As Founder of Career Nuggets, she has built a thriving community that supports and equips Black professionals to grow in confidence, excellence, and leadership. She is passionate about challenging the “Guinness effect” and advocating for workplaces that reflect fairness, dignity, and true representation.
Alongside her corporate role as Executive Director of Corporate Services, overseeing IT, Finance, HR, Risk, and Governance, Morenike carries a deep conviction that success is not just about personal achievement, but about lifting others as you rise.
Awarded an MBE for her contribution to race equality and inclusion, she uses her platform to inspire transformation, encourage resilience, and remind others that with faith, discipline, and courage, all things are possible.
